GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

The positioning device THESI 320 can control the movement and the positioning of two axis with independent programs in three different modes:
- MANUAL, by keyboard;
- SEMI, by keyboard;
- AUTOMATIC, according to a stored program.

It can store up to 99 PROGRAMS with 20 positions each. Each position can be combined with up to 99 repetitions (the program cycle is composed by position and its respective repetitions).

The power demand is from 90 Vac to 230 Vac or 24 Vac.

The hardware has a 16-bit microcontroller, 256K FLASH and 8K RAM memory in single-chip mode and the following input / output.
Optically isolated inputs:
START, STOP, INCREASE CYCLE, DEVIATION, PRESET.
Output voltage contact:
OK POSITION, INTERLOCK CONTROL ENABLING
FORWARD / BACK, SLOW / FAST.
Analog output ± 10 Vdc:
FORWARD / BACK, SLOW / FAST, with linear ramp.

On Bench or embedded installation possibility.
